Complaints and Appeals

Authors and readers are encouraged to communicate any appeals or complaints directly to the WeAvecU Journals editorial office. All concerns will be addressed promptly and transparently, following the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

  • How to Submit a Complaint or Appeal:

    Complaints and appeals may be sent via email to the editorial office at trust@WeAvecU.org or research@WeAvecU.org. You may also use the contact form or details available on the WAU Journals website.

  • Resolution Timeline:

    All complaints and appeals will be acknowledged upon receipt and resolved within a maximum period of three weeks.

  • Process:

    Each complaint or appeal will be reviewed in accordance with COPE’s best practice guidelines to ensure fairness, transparency, and integrity in all editorial decisions.
